Dance studios

A site your dancers actually book through.

Class timetable, online bookings, member sign-ins, payments through your local processors — one custom site, kept online and updated every month.

Standardised on BailaYa for bookings · live work in EN + ES

Why this matters

Most studio sites are a PDF timetable and a phone number.

Dancers decide in the moment — they want to see this week's classes, pick one, and pay, on a phone, without emailing anyone. A site that can't do that quietly sends them to the studio down the road that can.

We build the site around the booking flow, not around a brochure. The schedule is live, the class page sells the class, and the checkout uses the payment methods people in your market actually use.

It's the same site we ship every studio — handmade, not a template — kept online, spam cleared, and updated every month as your timetable and team change.

Who this is for

Studios we build this shape for.

Recreational

Open-enrolment studios

Drop-ins, beginner courses, adult classes. The site has to convert a curious first-timer in one session — clear schedule, honest pricing, one-tap booking.

Competitive

Competitive & exam schools

Squad timetables, exam tracks, parent portals. Members log in to see their own schedule; prospects see a credible programme, not a flyer.

Multi-style

Multi-discipline academies

Salsa, ballet, hip-hop under one roof. Each programme gets its own page and its own booking, all on one site and one invoice.

What you get

What we ship, and what it costs to start.

What we ship

A custom multi-page site, live class schedule, online bookings via BailaYa, member portal, local-payment checkout, and the content to fill it.

How it's run

We keep it online, clear spam, and make your monthly design/content updates. Your timetable changes; the site changes with it.

What it costs

Plans start at the standard Starter price for your market — no setup fee, cancel any time, you keep the domain and the files.

About BailaYa

We standardise bookings on BailaYa.

Most studios bolt together two or three tools for class bookings, payments and member tracking. We use BailaYa for all three — it's the platform we've standardised on for every dance-studio site we build. Class schedules, bookings, member profiles, payments through your local processors.

BailaYa charges its standard 2.5% platform fee on bookings — the same fee every BailaYa studio pays. New to BailaYa or already on it, we handle the setup and wire it into your site.

See BailaYa

BailaYa is a separate booking platform. Its 2.5% booking fee is billed by BailaYa, not by us; our fee covers the site we build and maintain.

Common questions

What studio owners ask first.

Do I have to use BailaYa?
For bookings, yes — it's what every studio site we build is wired to, so we can support it properly. We set it up whether you're new to it or already on it.
Can dancers pay in my local currency?
Yes. Checkout uses the payment methods and currency standard in your market — not a single foreign gateway.
What if my timetable changes every term?
That's the normal case. Schedule changes are part of the monthly design/content updates included in your plan.
Do I own the site?
Yes — your domain, your content, your files. Cancel any time and you keep all of it.
