Managed SEO

Search work that compounds every month.

An ongoing engagement, not a one-off audit. We build a strategy around your business, keep producing content tied to the queries that bring buyers, and chase the kinds of links that actually move rankings.

01What's included

Four things, every month, on the same invoice as your site.

01

SEO strategy

A plan tied to your business and your market — not a generic checklist. Refreshed each quarter as we see what's working and what isn't.

  • Keyword and intent map for the queries your buyers actually search.
  • Pages you should add or rewrite, prioritised by likely return.
  • Quarterly review against goals — adjust the plan, not the goalposts.
02

Additional content

Above and beyond what your plan already includes. Long-form pieces, location pages, and resource pages aimed squarely at search and the customers who use it.

  • Researched, edited drafts in your voice — not LLM filler.
  • On-page SEO done properly: titles, headings, internal linking, schema.
  • Published into your site by us; you review before it goes live.
03

Link building

Outreach to publications, partners, and directories that move the needle. Slow by design — we'd rather earn three good links a month than spam fifty bad ones.

  • Hand-picked targets in your industry and region.
  • Email outreach written for editors, not bots.
  • No private blog networks. No paid placements that violate guidelines.
04

Reporting that's worth reading

A short monthly write-up — what moved, what didn't, what we're doing next month. No 40-page PDF nobody opens.

  • Rankings on the queries we agreed matter.
  • Traffic, top pages, conversions from organic.
  • Our take: what to do, what to ignore.
02How we work

A steady cadence — not a sprint.

SEO compounds when it's consistent. Here's what each cycle looks like once we're up and running.

Weekly

Outreach + production

Editors get pitched, drafts get written and edited, technical issues get fixed as they surface.

Monthly

Publish + report

New pieces go live on your site. You get the monthly write-up — what moved, what we're doing next.

Quarterly

Strategy review

We sit with you (call or async), look at the trend, and refresh the next-quarter plan based on what's actually working.

03Pricing

One price, on the same cycle as your website.

Managed SEO bills as a second line on your existing subscription invoice — same renewal date, same payment method. No separate contract, no setup fee.

  • Cycle matches your website plan. Monthly site = monthly SEO; annual site = annual SEO.
  • One invoice, one charge, one cancel button. Same payment method as your subscription.
  • Cancel any time from your account. We'll see out the work for the period you've paid for.
04Honest disclaimer

Who this isn't for.

Managed SEO works best as a long-term engagement on a competently built site. If any of the below describes you, we'd rather you know now than three months in.

05Common questions

Common questions, answered plainly.

01

How long do I need to commit?

No fixed term. Cancel any time and we'll see out the work for the period you've paid for. We do recommend at least two quarters before judging the results — SEO compounds, and the first quarter is mostly groundwork.

02

When will I see results?

Technical fixes show up in weeks. Rankings on existing pages typically move in 6–12 weeks. New pages take 3–6 months to settle. Competitive terms take longer. We'll tell you what's realistic before we start.

03

How is this different from the SEO already in my plan?

Your plan covers technical SEO baseline (sitemaps, meta, schema, canonical URLs) and on-page tuning. Managed SEO is the proactive layer on top: strategy, additional content, link building, and someone actively pushing the needle.

04

Can I switch from monthly to annual SEO later?

When you switch your website plan from monthly to annual (or vice versa), the SEO add-on follows automatically. They're always on the same cycle.

05

Can I add SEO after I've signed up?

Yes — add it any time from your account. Stripe prorates the partial period and rolls it onto your next invoice.

06

What happens when I cancel SEO?

Stripe credits the unused portion of the current period and removes the line from your next invoice. You keep everything we built — pages, links, content. No clawback.

07

Who owns the content and the links?

You do. Pages live on your site, links point to your domain, the strategy doc is yours to keep. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.

Ready to compound?

Add managed SEO at signup, or any time after from your account. Same cycle as your subscription, same invoice.

Cancel any time. We'll see out work you've paid for.
