Which 3 channels can I pick?

Any combination of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, or YouTube. We'll recommend the mix that fits your audience — but it's your call.

How long do I need to commit?

No fixed term. Cancel any time and we'll see out the period you've paid for. We do recommend at least one quarter before judging — channels need a few weeks of consistent posting before the algorithm settles on you.

Where does the content come from?

Some we produce from scratch (graphics, captions, short scripts). Some we shape from material you send us — photos, behind-the-scenes notes, product news. The more you feed in, the more it sounds like you.

Does this include paid ads?

No — this is organic only (posting, engagement, growth). Paid campaigns are a separate one-off add-on; ad spend goes on your card, we set up the campaign.

Can I switch channels later?

Yes. We agree on the 3 channels at the start of each quarter; if something isn't working, we swap it out at the next review.

Can I add social management after signing up?

Yes — add it any time from your account. Stripe prorates the partial period and rolls it onto your next invoice.

What happens when I cancel?

Stripe credits the unused portion of the current period and removes the line from your next invoice. You keep the channels, the followers, and everything we posted. No clawback.

Who owns the channels and the content?

You do. Channels are on your accounts, posts are yours, the strategy doc is yours to keep. If you ever leave, you take all of it with you.
