About

Hi. I'm Lionel.

I started Digital Serpents because I kept watching the same small businesses get caught between two bad options — and nobody was building the third.

01Why this

I've spent years running an agency on the other side of this conversation. A small business comes in, asks what a website costs, hears a number like £4 000, and walks. A weekend later they've started something on Wix; a year later it's half-broken and quietly hurting their reputation.

The tools are fine. The agencies are good. Neither is built for the person who just needs a professional site at a price that makes sense — without becoming a weekend web developer, and without signing a five-figure invoice.

We looked for the missing middle — monthly fee, competent humans handling the whole thing, no setup charge, no lock-in — and couldn't point a customer at one. So we built it.

That's the whole premise. Digital Serpents is the service that should have existed for the customers we kept having to turn away. Everything about the product comes back to that starting point.

02Who's here

Digital Serpents is run by a small in-house team — designers, builders, and the people who answer when you write in. When a project calls for a specific skill set we don't keep on staff full-time, we bring in collaborators we've worked with for years. Everyone signs the same NDA, and nobody is white-labelling your work to a third party.

When you email us, a real person reads it. When a designer sends you your mockup, they made it. The team is intentionally lean — fewer hands on your project, less internal telephone, faster decisions.

03Where we work from

Digital Serpents is operated by Infinity Curve LLC, registered at 76 Vazha-Pshavela Ave, Tbilisi, Georgia. That's where the legal entity sits and the books are kept.

Day-to-day, the team works out of four hubs — Tbilisi, Dubai (Dubai Digital Park, Silicon Oasis), Austin, and Miami — with smaller crews in Cape Town, Singapore, Toronto, Mexico City, São Paulo, San Rafael, Belgrade, and Cheyenne. Between those cities, most working hours of the day are covered by someone who can actually answer you, and your designer has usually seen what good looks like in your market.

The sites we build run on a global edge network, so your customers get fast load times whether they're in your city or on the other side of the world. Customer data at rest is stored in the European Union.

04What we're not

What we're not.

05Where we're headed

The short version: a world where a plumber in Benoni and a café owner in Batumi have the same quality of web presence as any global brand, without needing to learn web design or part with months of revenue.

That's the mission, minus the poster-quote formatting.

To get there, we're growing the team slowly, expanding to a handful more countries each year, and refusing to cut corners on the core product — the human who designs your site, the infrastructure that runs it, and the team that replies when you write in.

If you're along for the ride, thank you. If you're evaluating us from the outside, take your time; the door's open.

Thanks for reading this far.
