No general phone line.
We don't run a general customer-service call centre — it's not how we keep plans at entry-level prices while maintaining 24/7 response. What we do instead:
- Email for everyone else, routed to the right team.
- Short calls on request for specific situations — usually Commerce customers with complex integrations, or Partner Program conversations that warrant a chat. Arranged over email first.
It's a deliberate design choice, not a missing feature.
