We use a small number of trusted third parties to deliver Digital Serpents. This page lists every sub-processor that may access personal data while providing part of our service. Changes are notified here first and emailed to customers at least 30 days before activation.

Customer support

Provider selection pending. When activated, this page is updated and current customers receive 30 days' notice to their account email.

Notifications

Customers receive 30-day notice to their account email before any new sub-processor is activated. Public subscribers can follow the RSS feed or subscribe separately for updates (email privacy@digitalserpents.com).

Objections

If you are a customer and wish to object to a specific sub-processor under DPA §5.4, include your business name, account email, and the data-protection grounds for your objection. Email privacy@digitalserpents.com.
